Regarding your reservation
■ ARRIVAL TIME
・Guests are advised to arrive 40 min to 1 hour before the treatment time in order to fully enjoy our spa facilities.
・Please arrive at least 15 min before the treatment time in order to fill out your consultation form and change clothes.
・Please keep in mind that arriving late for the treatment may mean the length of the treatment is shortened,
with full charges applied. This is in order not to inconvenience other guests.
■ SPA FACILITIES

・Our Spa facilities are separate for male and female guests.
・We will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during the visit.
■ SPA ETIQUETTE
・The minimum age requirement for access and treatments in the Spa is age of 18.
・Please refrain from consuming alcohol before treatments.
・As per our hotel policy, any visible tattoos are not allowed in the public spa area.
・Please refrain from entering public bath area after the oil treatment considering hygiene and safety.
・To preserve harmony within the spa, kindly refrain from using a mobile phone and smoking in the spa area.
・Please use the safety box for your valuables at the front. Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage or theft.
■HEALTH CONDITIONS
・When making your spa reservation, kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your treatment.
・Please refrain from coming to the spa when you have a fever of higher than 37.5℃ or infectious disease.
■CANCELLATION POLICY
・Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service fee; less than 4 hours in advance will be charged at 100 % of the reserved service fee.
